{"id":9353,"date":"2024-01-17T19:26:43","date_gmt":"2024-01-17T18:26:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/campingelcarespicosdeeuropa.com\/cancellation-policy\/"},"modified":"2024-03-20T11:11:07","modified_gmt":"2024-03-20T10:11:07","slug":"cancellation-policy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/campingelcarespicosdeeuropa.com\/en\/cancellation-policy\/","title":{"rendered":"Cancellation Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">CANCELLATION CONDITIONS<\/h2>\n\n<p>The client may cancel the services requested or contracted, taking into account the following clauses that are included in the cancellation conditions:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If the client gives more than one week&#8217;s notice of the impossibility of attending, the amount paid will be kept as a reserve fund for the current year, and if the client has not stayed at the campsite after the end of the year, this fund will be lost.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the event that the client does not wish to keep the amount paid as a reserve fund, 100% of the first night will be charged and the rest will be refunded, provided that the client has given more than one week&#8217;s notice of the impossibility of attending.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failure of the client\/s to show up on the agreed date or giving less than one week&#8217;s notice will result in the loss of the amount paid by the client\/s for the reservation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upon confirmation of the booking, the customer expressly accepts these General Conditions and Cancellation Conditions in their entirety, and in the event that a person registers another person\/s, he\/she accepts each and every one of these General Conditions and Cancellation Conditions on his\/her behalf.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The same policy is applicable in the case of reductions of stay corresponding to the reservation made.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the case of reduced camping stays in the low season, a charge of \u20ac2 per night will be made. Provided that the minimum stay is one night.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the case of camp stay reductions in high season, 30% of each cancelled night will be charged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>World Music Festival, MusiCares. In the event that, for any reason, the concerts or any of <strong>the concerts<\/strong> cannot take place, the proportional part of the concerts that could not take place will be refunded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>World Music Festival, MusiCares. If for any reason the event is cancelled, the full amount of <strong>the meal<\/strong> will be refunded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>World Music Festival, MusiCares. In the event that the event is cancelled for any reason, the full amount of the deposit for the <strong>accommodation<\/strong> will be refunded.
